About the role
This role is for individuals who are looking to work in a fast paced and high energy sales environment at the UK’s largest independently owned FX company. The right individuals will have the opportunity to earn life changing money and share life changing experiences. They are a FCA Regulated Currency Market Expert, offering Foreign Exchange, FX Options, and Bespoke structured products.
They are looking for proven FX professionals who have a track record of closing new business, still excited by this, eager to continue learning and growing professionally in FX sales. There will be high phone activity as well as Teams and face to face meetings, to build long lasting relationships and close deals.
They want you to be inspired, challenged and motivated to success so they offer strong onboarding & trainings delivered by everyone in the team and other departments (and external sources), fully paid exams to get Regulated as well as guidance and support from their senior sales managers. They pride themselves on paying some of the highest year one commission (up to 25%) and up to 16% for life of the client. We are aware of “golden handcuffs” proven performers have so are also willing to pay 100% commission on an agreed amount of revenue in year one to help escape these!
Their office is in Central London and this role is office based for the first year at least, if an individual is exceptional and it will benefit them and the business to have a hybrid, they are open to it!
Key responsibilities:
As a Senior Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements, adding and disqualifying leads daily.
- Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
- Building a sales pipeline alongside multiple mentors with 10+ FX sales experience.
- Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations and that the interests of the client are at the forefront of all sales activity.
- Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business.
- Being aware of and taking an active interest in FX movements and the world economy and this impacts prospects and client’s financial performance.
- Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality and sales.
- Attending regular, training sessions.
- Keeping up to date with market structure changes and regulation.
Essential experience & skills:

- Minimum 2+ year of FX sales experience, backed up by strong numbers evidencing consistently closing new business
- Resilient, strong communication skills and confidence on the phone, as well as in person
- Taking feedback and acting upon it fast
- Goal-oriented and persistence, short-term and long-term
- Fluent English language
