As they continue their growth in Ireland, they are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to join their Dealing team as a 360 Dealer, ideally with more than two years’ experience in a similar role.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will find yourself in a fast paced and dynamic environment tasked with managing and growing both their corporate and private partnership client base, ensuring client longevity and excellent customer experiences and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and onboard new corporate clients while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
- Conduct detailed client needs analysis and market research to tailor solutions to their FX and international payment requirements.
- Execute FX trades and manage client transactions effectively while providing expert guidance on risk management solutions.
- Provide a consultative sales approach, delivering bespoke solutions from the product suite to meet client needs.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to account management and trade execution.
- Stay up to date with market trends, financial regulations, and economic indicators to provide informed advice to clients.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Operations, and Treasury, to ensure seamless execution and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive client engagement and strategic account management.
- Maintain exemplary use of the company CRM system to track and report client interactions, sales pipeline, and trading activity.
Key Qualifications, Competencies and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FX sales or dealing (corporate FX experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of FX markets, financial instruments, and risk management strategies.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with Key Decision Makers (CFOs, FDs, CEOs).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative and solution-focused approach to sales.
- Ability to effectively adopt different sales methods and channels in line with company strategy.
